choosing the right heads

Hi everyone,

Im back with my head spinning around choosing the right set of heads for the setup...
The intake manifold is going to be a Ford Racing Dual plane 1500-6500RPM...

Looking around I have it down to 3 options:

Dart 13211112 - Dart SB-Ford Pro 1 Aluminum
  • Intake Ports: 195cc
  • Combustion Chambers: 62cc
  • Valves: 2.02" Int/1.60" Exh
  • Intake Port Location: Stock
  • Intake Port Dimensions: 2.000" x 1.125"
  • Intake Flow: 288 cfm @ .700" lift/28"
  • Exhaust Port Location: Raised .135"
  • Exhaust Port Dimensions: 1.350" x 1.350"
  • Exhaust Flow: 185 cfm @ .700" lift/28"

Dart 13111182 - Dart SB-Ford Pro 1 Aluminum
  • Intake Ports: 170cc
  • Combustion Chambers: 62cc
  • Valves: 1.94" Int/1.60" Exh
  • Intake Port Location: Stock
  • Intake Port Dimensions: 1.980" x 1.100"
  • Intake Flow: 261 cfm @ .600" lift/28"
  • Exhaust Port Location: Raised .135"
  • Exhaust Port Dimensions: 1.330" x 1.340"
  • Exhaust Flow: 172 cfm @ .600" lift/28"

AFR - Airflow Research 1399 - AFR SB-Ford Outlaw Street/Race Aluminum
  • Combustion Chambers: 58cc
  • 165cc Intake Ports
  • Intake Valve, 1.900'' Stud Mount
  • Exhaust Valve, 1.600'' Stud Mount 58cc

What would you recommend? I have doubts regarding the Intake ports (cc), combustion chamber (cc for compression reasons) and quality DART vs AFR ?
