I'm putting in 351 w in my 79 ford f 100,it had 302 in it. I used the 302 flex plate and had a lot of vibrating . So I'm putting a 351 w flex plate on it, almost have it ready to fire up, will it be good? I hope!!!

You should be good to go,Ford 351W's used a 28 oz balance factor as did 302's up until 1980 when they changed to a 50oz balance, so the later 302 aka 5.0 flexplate would have caused your vibration if some one had swapped a later model in before you got the truck.
