355 build need help

Well fellas i am back. My 283 lasted about three hours and i dropped a valve a toasted the block, a piston, a rod and cracked my damn heads. so instead of crying about all the money i picked up a 355 and am starting all over. I block is a two bolt main with the 30 over bore. I need to find the cheapest way to get a good pair of heads for my set up.. this is what i am working with

355
Bottom end is stock besides new flattop piston.
weind high rise intakes
EDDY 650
1.5 HARLEND SHARP ROLLIN ROCKERS
236-242 DUR 505-520 LIFT SOLID LIFT LUANTI Voodoo cam
brakect racing harmonic balancer
Taylor spiral plugs
Hei blue printed distributor
350th tranny,, redline clutchs, shift kit harden sprag, built to snap necks
3200 3500 stall
411 posi unit
28x10x15 tires
92 S10

I need a set of heads that would flow good and handle more horsepower.. I am kinda in the ditch since my last project was a catastrophic failure. what set of heads would be the cheapest and best to use to obtain about four hundred horses.. With what i have listed above could i see four hundred horse with a good set of heads? I have a set of 882 but i dont wont to poor money into something that is obsolete. What would yall do?
