355 First Build Need Help

Alright guys im defanintly a newb on here, but help me out. i am about to buy a motor thats been on a stand for awhile i only know a little bout the motor so ill list details. this motor needs finishing and is going in a street/weekend warrior truck. a 75 chevy (no air cond.) that is currently running with the stock motor.

3970010, 350-4 bolt main
punched .030 over
flat top pistons
3890462 head, work done?
3927186 head, work done?
1.5 aluminium roller rockers
flat tappet solid crane cam, lift? duration? was told pretty mild idk
gm rods, dont know length
3412 caps

wont find out the rest of specs till i pick up the motor in a couple weeks and really get in there and find out for myself if any body has any build ideas or suggestions i need them and would appreciate it for example:

carb setup, maybe 750
intake mani
serpintine system
elec fans
oil pump/pan

i have also attached some photos if antbody can gain anything from them i have about 5 more if anyone wants to see them.

make sure the cylinders dont have any rust when you get pull it all down and clean it and clean it and do it again then relube every thing and check specs
and i would ask if thoes head had harden seats put in them if not try to swap the heads to vortecs
