If the 210s flow 322? my 227s with porting flow 327, then your 355 has the potential to make the power. I guess that your engine is turning 8,000 rpm?
When you talk about 260 plus duration @ .050,thats not a super non race camshaft.

Im on the mainland. Port coquitlam.
I was just doing the math with the numbers you provided.
I have not researched the AFRs ,sounds like extremely good flow numbers.
They also cast 245s now

Your Forum name gave it away that you where from Canada. I was reading the posts and sure enough, Port Alberni. I lived in Victoria in the late 70's and early 80's. Sounds like a great car...at those RPM's, not balanced and a 2 bolt main, aren't you kinda gritting your teeth and driving with one eye half shut...LOL...what are you running for suspension and rear end?

Ray

As I was telling Vinnie, I'm here to learn about suspension, engine building and so on...I just looked up Caltracs on the net...boy they've come a long way from the slapper bars we used to build in the 60's and 70's.

My vette is a road race, parking lot pylon dodger. Last time I ran mission was my 1980 Z-28 BB. Had words with mister Farmer.
Maybe after the car is painted I can make a few runs,it wont hook with street tires and Im not sure I want to run slicks with 3.50 gears
