'36 Chevy truck wide 'glass fender Q

I've been looking into buying the 2" wider rear fenders for a '36 1/2T, but every catalog and online listing I've seen has either tiny pictures with no reference, or no picture available. I'm not sure I want to invest in them unless I can see them on a truck, or maybe in comparison with stock fenders. The current fenders look like someone's taken a ball peen hammer to them... ALL of them! I want to put fairly wide tires on the back without tubbing or cutting into the bed sides. (Goal is "Restified". Want to be rod it, without permanently damaging it's originality.) I thought of acquiring 2 sets of fenders, halving them, and having a body man assemble the needed dimensions, but I'd hate to destroy original fenders and I suspect that it'd be more costly.

If anyone has a pic of some of the wide 'glass fenders, or is better at surfing the net than I am, I'd appreciate a post of, or link to them.

Here's some pics of 36 Chevy trucks:

They are on the Stovebolt site. You might want to ask there as well.

As well you can go to the carnut site:

I think that there is probably only one maker of those fenders and everyone else just sells them. So if you like the look of widened fenders on some of those trucks than go for it. You will have to use the widened running boards as well.

I am not so sure you will need to buy the wider fenders though as with the correct width rear end you will be able to put some pretty big tires under the stock fenders.
