Does anybody know what cars have good leather seats that will fit in the front and rear seats of my 36 ford. I would like to use that as a starter for my interir and go from there. Most buckets will fit in the front ,the back seat is the problem as it is quite narrow. Thanks!
DO you not have the original seat springs for the rear??
If you do you could probably buy the matching too big back seat from the car you get your front seats from and install the seat covers from it onto the original springs.
If you have a 2 door car, make sure you find seats that came out of a two door so they tilt forward. I know this sounds obvious, but it's something you need to consider. Good Luck
Thanks for the comments guys, I do not have the springs for the back seat they will have to come from another car also and it is a two door. Still looking for those magical seats that will fit it.
Jerry: How about leather seats out of a Chrysler Town and Country mini-van? Buckets for the front, no problem except you'd need a mounting bracket that lets the seats tilt forward, or power seats that move forward so passengers could get in. Either the matching center or rear seat should fit in the back, and the back of the rear seat would tilt forward if you wanted it to.
Thanks Dantwolakes I will check it out. : :welcome:
