364 SBC piston

I'm looking for a 364 SBC piston. Specifically a TRW or SpeedPro L2278 +.030

Does anybody ***********know where I might find one?

Thanks, Geo

364 piston

Stroke,

Basically YES. I need one TRW/SpeedPro L2278 +.030

So it's 4.030 x 3.562

The L2278 +.030 is a 12.5 to 1 Comp Ratio piston.

Thanks, Geo

364 piston

I have looked at the the SRP pistons. They are not quite the same. Ross also makes a similar piston. I have 7 of the L2278 +.030 that weigh about 570 grams each with no pin or rings.

************

Thanks, Geo

Perhaps you could post a "want it now" on Ebay or Craigslist, if you hadn't already, since you seem to already know exactly what you are looking for. (Always a good thing!) -Jim

Parts wanted from members or for sale not allowed in the forums, do it in PM's or in the free classifieds.

364 trw pistons

I just ran across the pistons you're looking for on Columbus Craigslist N.I.B. for $275. I found this post searching for info on these slugs & figured I'd pass it along. I have not contacted the seller but as of now it's an active post and just went up today. No Idea if the seller would be receptive to shipping out of state but here's the link. SBC TRW 0.30 Pistons and Rings Doh! just saw the post date of this thread! Oh well maybe 5 years later you're ready to build another 364. Lol!
