37 Cord

I have bought a 37 cord 812 SC Phaeton it needs a total restore. I would like to put disc brakes on this car. The brakes that are on it won't stop it at top end. Does any one know were I can get a disc brake kit for this car. I would like to feel safe when I am driving this car. If I knew how to post pictures on here I would show you all some pictures of this car. Thank you for any help you can give me.
