37 ford pickup chassis

Working on rebuilding a 37 ford pickup chassis. Does anyone know what the outside dimensions of the front of the frame at the bumper mounts is? The radiator mount holes are 21" on center, but the mount holes are 20 5/8" on the cassis, so I'm wondering if the truck got popped at some point in time. The frame is square so now I'm stumped.

Are you saying the 20 5/8 mount holes are for the bumper? I get a measurement of approx. 30 5/8 on the front frame horn where the bumpers mount. Take a look at my journal at my 36 Ford frame, I have been told the frames are the same for the 35-41 pick ups, and IIRC, 35-40 cars.
