37 ford 4 door, how much does it worth?

Hi all,
I'm writing from Istanbul/Turkey and we've got nearly no early hot rods in here
I've beenlooking for some car to build up and found an 1937 Ford

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2552094/1

So here are my questions
Is this car seem worth buying (original chasis, not too much rust, original front and rear suspension, drum brakes,a vega steering box(posibbly not working)
A flathead V8,transmission,no carburator.

As there's no open market for this car in Turkey I have to obtain price from USA, how much would this car cost if it was in US? in this shape as seen in link?

Need your opinions or any link that could help me
thanks in advance

My guess looking at the model, its condition and equipment, that car should go for about $2000 to $3500. Have to see more details to pin it down.

That's a fairly complete 1937 Ford Fordor Touring Sedan with an original 21-stud 85HP V8 engine. I have to agree with the price estimate given above given the pictures as evidence of condition.
