373 or 383????

i have 350-4 bolt main. When my father bought it, it was bored .40 over. About 8 months ago, we had the motor rebuilt because the inside of the cylinders were cut up. Since then, the motor has been bored over .60 over with a bigger cam. The guy who built the motor told me it was called a 373. But i have other people telling me its a 383. Does anyone know what the real numbers are?

a 350 bored .030 over is a 355,a 350 .060 over is a 360,now add a 400 crank shaft and you have a 388 or for .030 over its a 383.

Take the oil pan off and check the casting number on the crank, if it's a factory crank. I dont know how aftermarket cranks are labeled.
