383 with 63cc chambers

Im working on a 383 with flat tops. I havent decided on which heads to go with. I was looking at some 3927186 with 2.02/1.6 valves with 63 cc chammbers. How high will this put my compression at, and will I still be able to burn pump gas. Any other suggestions will be appreciated. This is not a strip car, just something I want to have fun with around town.
Thanks
