383 build

I saw Jegs has a 383 Eagle balance rotating assembly that comes with just about everything. It has 5140 steel rods, cast steel crankshaft, hyper pistons, bearings, rings, flexplate, and harmonic balancer. here is the link

The kit #356-B13005E. My only question is, for a daily driven car with this kit, producing about 450 horsepower, will these components hold up or is forged the way to go. I guess I don't know how strong the cast components are. I think I saw one website say these components are recommended for up to 400 horse. Is that true? It will be going in my brothers 69 camaro with a th-350 and 3.73 gears. Thanks for any help.

if they didn`t think this kit was good enough, they wouldn`t sell it in a kit, keep it cool and make sure all the clearences are up to spec and keep the compression ratio in check to keep it out of detonation it should be fine.
