You will need a high stall converter for that cam.
3000 minimum 3500+ for max performance.
It does not work well with a stock torque converter.
If you want to see the actual benefit from OD.
( engine rpms slower at hiway speeds to save gas)
You would want a different cam.
That cam likes rpm. It is inefficient at a slow engine rpm. Like when cruising in OD
too much duration for that.
A cam choice is a series of compromises.
It cannot be a big cam and a small cam at the same time.
