383 chrysler pushrod lenth?
will i need to check pushrod lenght with the block being decked or will the stock size work

How much are you decking the block? Stock lifter preload on a Mopar is around .060" If you have a little less, that's generally ok so if you have more, decking will make them want to go deeper and much more than .060 will probably keep the valves from fully closing. A lot of people rebuild their engines and use composition head gaskets and those are around .040 compressed. I mention that because they came stock with steel shim gaskets which run around .016-019 thick so if you are decking around .020 and plan on using compostion gaskets, you should be fine. Don't know how much you know about Mopars but make sure you reinstall the rocker shafts correctly or you might burn up the rockers.....
