383 Ideas/Help!

Im trying to plan building a 383 here is what I have to start with.
89 L98 350 block roller cam set up.
10088113...88-up...350..........Aluminum, 58cc, angle plug, raised "D" port exhaust, 1.94"/1.5" valves (cut that out of the MORTEC website)
I have 1.6 full roller rockers and the exhaust port on the heads has been opened up a little to match the headman super comp headers.
The intake is a TPI system using SLP larger runners and the intake system has been ported and polished as well.
and a 700R4 trans thats been rebuilt with a shift kit and extra clutches in each pack.

Looking at a street with very occasional strip use but mostly something fun to ride on the weekends and so forth possibly daily driver to and from work. The engine is going into an 87 Monte Carlo ss with a ford 9" at about 3.50+/- gearing.

Im thinking 383 5.7 rods with dished pistons to lower the compression ratio with the heads. Not sure what cam to use and if I need to go with forged components, if its over kill or not. Wont ever be putting NOS or a supercharger on it (already tried the supercharger wasnt all that impressed).

Thanks for your help in advance.
