When I bulid my street rod i want to put in a 383 SB and I was wondering if a 6:71 blower would be good for that size motor.

it would be fine. but have a low compression motor 8.0 to 1 8.5 to 1,
i would put steel rods and crank defiently forged pistons i would personaly go for nitrous and forget the blower, cheeper and easier, biggest shot i have seen is 500 shot of nitrous add that to 300 to 400 hp on motor and thats plently fast. but your motor has to handle it, or kaboom!!!!!!!

Oh I would have all the for the blower not to break the motor but the front end would be heavy. Have to have good shocks on front.
