Cam Swap

Depending on what car the engine is in you should be able to take the radiator and grill out and have enough room to swap them out.

In order to intelligently choose a camshaft for a motor, you need to know the static compression ratio. You should also know the piston deck height. Yank the heads and measure how far down in the bore the piston is at TDC, that's the piston deck height. If you go shorter on the cam, you could run into some detonation problems if the static compression ratio does not match the cam profile. Probably not, with the 882 large chamber heads, but you never know how much they have been carved on before you got them. And you don't know what pistons are in the motor.
