Are the numbers in this article believable? I am particularly interested in the combo that uses the single pattern 206/206 .480/.480 which makes 442HP and 495TQ. I'm looking for a combination to give me lots of torque right off idle and a HP peak of around 5000-5500. The difference in what I will use would be 9.5:1 compression (ZZ383 shortblock), Edelbrock E-Tec 170cc heads, and a single pattern cam such as the above or maybe a Lunati 211/211 .507/.507 110 LSA (if they would grind that for me), and an RPM Air Gap manifold. I'm mostly interested in torque and getting to about 500TQ is my goal even if HP is only around 400. The only thing I'm dead set on is using the E-Tec 170cc heads.

With your combo if everything is perfectly tuned machined and assembled 450ftlb sounds about right.
