383 stroker or 396 stroker crate engine

I can buy this 383 crate stroker motor with Fast EZ EFI and with 430 HP/450 ft/lbs from Blueprint Engines for $5895( http://blueprintengines.com/index.ph...83-bp38313ctf1 ) OR I can buy this 396 stroker motor with carburetor with 485 HP/500 ft/lbs from Blueprint Engines for $5995 ( http://blueprintengines.com/index.php/gm-396-bp3961ctc )

I like the idea of the 396, but don't know how much better Fast EZ EFI is. Which is a better choice and compromise in the same price range?

How much better and happier will I be with Fast EZ EFI ?

I don't care about improved gas mileage, but increased throttle response would be great. If the motor comes dyno'd and I assumed tuned, is the Fast EZ EFI as important?

If it sees more street time, the EFI will be easier to live with. If it spends most of it's time at WOT, then the carb is fine. Better street manners or 50 more HP.

You can also get the 383 with a carb and save $1400...
