383 Stroker

I'm new here so I hope I'm not asking the wrong question in the wrong forum here.
I've got my eyes set on putting a 383 stroker into a 1954 bel air. My first thought was that a 383 would be a decent amount of engine to pull that Bel Air around. What I need to know is how to find out what kind of compression ratio I'm going to be running with the parts I'm slapping together, and also If you fellas could suggest a good combination of components for a srtoker (a streetable stroker). I was planning on 70cc heads, 280 cam, bored 30 over, keith black molly ring pistons, 5.7 rods. I'm aiming for 9.1:0

here's a nifty little spreadsheet for you to do the math with... take the DCR and chart with a grain of salt... just a guestimating guide to help you get where you need to be and not get out of hand...
