388 sbc stroker build advice?

Hello all, I am trying to build a sbc 388 stroker and need some advice
Here are the parts I'm working with,
Forged 3.75 internal balance crank 1pc seal
4340 scat I beam rods with 3/8 arp cap screws
srp 4.06 bore +16cc D-dish pistons
Total seal CR plasma moly rings
Gm 638 2 bolt roller block
7395 ramjet cam, .431 int .451exh 196/206 dur @.50 109lsa
906 vortec heads
Performer rpm air gap intake
Holley 670 street avenger

I have only built stock based sbc's and a crap load of cat diesel
engines. What kind of challenges/issues can I expect to encounter
with this build? Is there any tweaks I can do to my parts to help
performance/efficiency? I'm not looking to push the limits of this
combo (yet), just build a solid platform that can make good power with
pump gas. This will be going into a full size 85 model truck,
and will get driven frequently. Thanks in advance for any advice!

2 bolt main block don't like the added stroke not so much power or torque but the added stroke will try to move the caps whether you use studs or not.

One other thing on GM blocks on old or newer blocks but when going to .060 over on a GM block its best to get it sonic tested as I don't find many blocks that are safe for a performance build on a .060 over bore and even if he bores are good plate honing in a must to get good ring seal to create power and torque.
