a 383 .060 over would be a 394 BTW.
DD2k say it should put out 413HP AT 5000RPM and 483Ft. lbs of torque at 3500RPM, at the crank
But since you did'nt mention the compression, exhaust valve size, intake detail, or more detailed cam specs, I cant get any more accurate, I used 9.5:1.
And adding 11 more cubes(from 383) gives it 2 more HP and and 16 more ft. lbs.
