3956618 engine block

I was just wondering how good a 3956618 engine block is(I looked it up and it said its a 69 block but im not sure if its a 350 or 307 ,327 ? how rare ? and how much power could it really hold ?is it good on spray? blower? turbo ? if setup right?and how much is it worth ? its a 2 bolt main and made in mexico

It says this block was used for all 3 engines
3956618....302.....69....4...Z-28 Camaro
3956618....327...68-69...2
3956618....350.....69....2 or 4

However, the made in mexico throws me off as that makes me think it`s a target master block but I can`t find any target master or made in mexico blocks with this casting number.
What`s the suffix code on the block? you can locate this on the passengers side front head deck. It`ll look like this example: M1239HTC.
