3m scotch brite pads and grinders?

I want to use a 3m scotch on my 4 1/2 inch grinder. Does anybody know or have a link on a backing pad to use. I think they are all the hook and loop stuff, or I could be wrong on that. I used them on my air tools but don't want to run my air compressor that much. Any help would be appreciated.

Keep these in mind...

Personally, I'd be very leary of using anything not intended to spin at 11,000 RPM. I've found some wire brush cups that are made just for those applications. I'm sure I'll think of more (once my brain starts spinning-- the hamster had a late lunch...).

In a while, Chet.
