3rd Gen Camaro Front Wheels

Looking at the front of my car should the centerlines of my wheels be
vertical as shown ?

In a word; No the camber and castor will affect the way a wheel sets in relation to perceived vertical position. Pretty much all cars are set up with wheels set at a very slight angle from vertical to counter road crown allowances and help in steering.
