Question 4:10's for Chevy C1500

I'm wanting to put in some 4:10 in my truck. It has a 3:42 positrac rearend. Does anything besides the ring and pinion have to be changed? Also, I was thinking of going with Richmond gears, can tell me specifically what gear set to buy? My truck is 96 Silverado with the Vortec 350.

Thanks,
Steve
