4.6L Cobra Engine Swap

I have a 1988 Fox Body Mustang with an I-4. In an attempt to make this wannabe contender to the V-8's a challenge. I would like to swap a 4.6L Cobra Engine into my Mustang. I am wondering what is required mechanically to make this swap possible.

A whole heap of fabrication for mounts, exhaust, accessories, and a good electrician to make it run once you get it stuffed in there.

If you're a capable fabricator, welder, and machinist you can do it. If you're rich, pay somebody to do it. If you're niether of those use a 5.0 based engine and save yourself a bunch of headaches and hits to the savings account. The parts are already available and cheap, comparitively speaking.
