4 corner for single and 2 corner for DP?
this thread is going back to basics. i have been scewing around with a open and dual plane manifold on a mild big block. trading off with 2x750 cfm carbs. one 4 corner, and one standard holley style 2 corner vac secondaries. i found that the 4 corner seemed to clean up really well on a open mainfold, but on the dual plane with no spacer it was a mess. idled super rich. the 2 corner carb seemed to perform just as well, but cleaned up well on both the manifolds. the EGT was lower with the 4 corner carb at idle on the single plane.
anybody have simlar tunning expirences? its possible this dog aint the best with a four corner carb.
