I found a 3851325 main case, with a 707 cover and a 429 extension housing. Those numbers were used for all Muncie's (M-20, 21, 22) in '65 Chevy's. The M-20 had a 2.56:1 1st gear. The M-21 and 22 had 2.20:1 1st gears. I don't have the expertise to differentiate between the 21 and 22. It had to do with the slant of the gears. Maybe someone else out there knows.

Rock Crusher had "no" ring cuts on input. This was first indicator. Striaght cut gears and no "anti whine" devise on front of cluster gear.

Also, the rock crusher has a larger yoke - same size as used on Turbo 400.
