I'm not sure, I got a Lakewood bellhousing to adapt my 350 Chevy to my Ford T-5, fit great and came with all hardware, as well at the starter plate. I'm not too familiar with the toploaders, so I don't know if you need to change input shafts.

Edit: In order to fit the Ford T-5 into my Chevy 350, the input shaft required a bit grinded off of the tip (About a 15 minute job done right)

Most top loaders and the Ford 3 speeds use the same pattern. There are a variety of adapters, besides complete bellhousings available , Transdapt as well as others are available. They were pretty common at one time and may be able to locate a used on from some of the Vintage speed shops. The clutch plate will need changed, but not sure about the rest.
