4 wheel disc master cylinder

I am building a 56 F-100 and need to purchase a new master cylinder. I found a complete kit from CPP for $400 (comes with booster, master cylinder, and proportioning valve for 4 wheel disc). They say it mounts in the stock position, which I assumed was the firewall untill i sa there was no hole there. Also there is a bracket of some sort on the drivers side of the frame around the firewall area. It has two bolt holes and a steel tube sticking sideways out of the front. Is that the bracket for the master cylinder?

Sounds like the booster and master cylinder mount below the floor on the frame rail.
