Im pretty sure that no one makes one. I have a customer that wanted a 40 Ford dash in his 32 Ford. He told me he searched hi and low, spent about 2 months searching for a direct bolt in replacement and found nothing. So he bought one and sectioned and tweaked it to make it fit.

I saw one on EBAY a few weeks ago (for a roadster).

I had one in my 32 roadster during mock-up. Loved the way it looked but it hangs down further than a stock dash does. It made the steering column angle more severe than I liked.

I used the stock 32 dash.

There are at least 3 different 40 Ford dashes. The early style has ash tray doors that slide up and down (my 40 has this kind). The other two have a pull out variation.

You most likely know this but 32's have open car, closed car and 3 window dashes. And there are early/late variations on those also.

So I was thinking, if a guy were to have a company that made:
a. 5 inch drop I-Beam axles
b. Metal fan shrouds with electric fans installed (for 32's)
c. 40 Ford Dashes for 32's

And advertised in Street Rodder, he'd be the ONLY one out there
and make a buck !

I believe Wescott's in Boring OR makes the 'glass dash you are interested in for your '32.
If you believe in it, produce the product and see what happens.
You're only looking at about $10K in development and production cost if you're very careful for the fan and shroud assembly.
The 5"inch dropped axle is another thing altogether. First of all, the term dropped axle has kinda lost it's true meaning over the years since it varies by axle and application. 5" drop means 5" over stock dimension of location of kingpin boss in relationship to the axle. Now, a 5" drop is possible with a Model A, 32, 33-36 and 37-40 Ford axles but not the 41-48 since they have not got enough axle between axle bolt and kingpin boss to drop that far.
The axle project could kill a fat horse's wallet before it ever saw a prototype on the floor, let alone installed in a car.
