40 Ford Dash in a 37 Ford??

Can anyone tell me if a 40 Ford Dash will fit in a 37 Ford 5 window coupe? Will I have to make any modifications? Thanks

I talked to a friend of mine today thats in the process of building a 40,his dash is out of the car at this time so I had a chance to look at it.He seems to think it wouldn't be much of a job to change and from what I could see I would agree.I remember seeing this done years ago,it was not an uncommon swap.
