400 pan depth

The pan on my 400 Turbo is 1 1/2" deep, I would like one about 2 1/2" - 3" deep, no more. Anyone know if the chevy truck pan is in this ball park. I don't want an after market or alum pan thanks.

The deep TH400 truck pan is the same depth as the aftermarket cast deep pans are, about 2-3/4" to 3" deep. Don't forget you need the longer pick-up tube, longer filter bolt, and filter bolt sleeve.
