402 big block small backfire or ???

hello how is everyone? i have just finished rebuilding my 402 chevy and i put in a stock cam and 60 thousands over pistons my problem is it has kind of rough idle and a small back fire or a cracking in the drivers side pipe just after i hit the throttle only 1 small pop after that its perfect. runs strong on the road maybe valve to tight or loose? leaking header? and do any of you know factor timing degree or what mark i should use? it starts just fine and fast just a little bump of the starter. thanks for any suggestions or ideas

i would re adjust your valves and see if it still does it.
