406 or 502 read

would you be scared to put a 406 solid roller cam 11.4 comp. afr 210 comp. heads. The cam has 630" lift comp Hi Tech mechanical,and it also has a 750 mighty demon, The guy that wants to run me has a 502 gm performance little mods done to it no nos on either.His is in a 72 Nova with 4.11 mine has 4.10 gears mine is a 70 camaro. I have to finish getting it together,but the first time out I dont want to get my doors blowed off.

Are yall running slicks? I think you will get him on the top end but you better come out of the hole strong.

Which 502 is it?Cause I believe the H.O only has 8.75:1.And a small Hydraulic roller cam I think 224dur@.050.

that 406 will tear that lazy stock 502 up after the first 200 feet;just get hooked up and it's all over but the crying!!!!!!!!!!!!yeah baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!

502 has 502 hp thats a lot and 560 ft lbs torqe, does he have aluminum heads? i think it will be close. like they said you better get it hooked good.

if the smallblock gets hooked up the first 100 or so feet he should be able to pull the bbc on the top end with it's superior power to weight ratio!!!!
