406 build

Hello All- Im new to this form. So far I've found it very helpful!

Im building a sbc 406. wondering if you could give me some input on which heads to run and about how much HP and torque it will make. Specs below:
.030 over (4.155 bore)
-cast steel 3.75 crank
-SIR I beam rods
-full floating pins
-Hyperutetic pistons +6cc (sealed power)
-pistons are .012 in the hole
-hydraulic roller Comp "mutha thumpr" cam (235/249@ .050 .521/.507 lift)
-performer RPM intake
.030 thich head gasket
Debating on the Summit 200cc racing street/strip heads or the AFR 195cc Eliminator street heads. About the same heads except the AFR's are CNC ported and have a heart shaped Combustion chamber. both are 64cc. I know the AFR;s are better but Im on a budget. Would like to try the Summits if you all think they will make about the same power. So really I have 3 questions.
1)which heads
2)about how much HP/TQ
3) approximate Compression ratio
Going in a 77 nova-street car, 3.73's and a th350w/ 2500 stall.
thanks in advance!

IMO I would go with AFR
summit heads are offshore heads im told (thats why they are cheaper)
ya get what ya pay for holds true!
I got a 406 with Brodix heads and the 400s like to breath so large runners are a must.
(I tried oem heads and power was disappointing)

Definately longer runners and you do get what you pay for. I personally dont know anyone who has used Summit heads.

i did alot of research on sb chevy cylinder heads, and i found that the best deal to be the canfield 200cc. competition products sells these heads for 1130.00 plus a little shipping. these heads came in 2nd place,(1st was afr) in a very large cylinder head comparison database. part number i would get would be 200pk1sp.
