Ya they are ok. You can make the Vic JR more OK with some sweetening.
Clean up port match and a spacer.
you don;t seem like a hard core racer. I would not go with a 12:1 cr.
Keep it pump gas compatible and work on other areas for real street/strip gains.
less than 11:1 cr measured.
What is the IK 200 chamber volume. 64 70 (measured)
You want accurate real specs to build a motor.
