THE HEADERS ARE BAFFLED IN THE COLLECTOR. I JUST HAD THE CARBS CONVERTED TO E85 AND SWITCHED THE INTAKE FROM THE C-26 DUAL QUAD TO THE DUAL QUAD AIR GAP WITH 1 INCH SPACERS. THE COMPRESSION IS RIGHT AT 11.7-1. THE CAM IS: .575 LIFT, 250 DURATION AT .05 ON A 106 LSA 4 DEGREES ADVANCED. I THINK THE CAM IS A LITTLE ON THE SMALL SIDE BUT PRETTY CLOSE. HEADS ARE 200 CC SPORTSMAN 2'S THAT ARE POCKET PORTED AND CLEANED UP. TIMING IS 24 INITIAL, 36 TOTAL IN BY 2400 RPM. I AM GOING TO LOCK THE TIMING OUT PER F-BIRD'S RECOMMENDATIONS IN OTHER POST. THIS IS THE FIRST MOTOR THAT I COMPLETELY BUILT MYSELF! I AM PRETTY STOKED! WE HAVE A BUNCH OF OUR CAR CLUB MEMBERS THAT USE THIS FORUM WITH THIS SAME ACCOUNT. THE HELP ON HERE IS THE BEST. THANKS!

Too bad about that burned valve!!! JK!!!
You running them carbs togethor?
You might find it better to set up the back as your primary and kick the front in at 40% of the back one.
Like having a huge secondary.
Sounds nice though!!
