yes tech inspector, nova's right there a pair for that price. but the engine is goin to cost me about 5500 after its done eventually i plan on supercharging it but that a couple years after i finish pilot school so can any1 give me a ball park hp rating on that engine??? |

Do not buy those heads. they are the China casting heads that they re-work..
Spend a few hundred more and get a set of Edelbrocks,,,, you will thank me for it later. Hp guess is just that, a guess. You can run the numbers on desk top dyno and get 575 hp...then strap that engine on a real calibrated dyno and pull 425 hp... There are just way to many things that dictate what hp the engine is going to actually make. I ahve a program that if you tell it the truth will get you with-in 3% of a calibrated dyno for HP,but i need way more info then you gave to even start entering numbers. At 17 years old my question would be, how much HP do you need, and what do you need it for??? Keith |

well i think itl be more than that just cause it started off life as a 390hp engine and im boring it .06 over and stroking .35 in over stock and getting alumin big valve and runner heads i think im just hoping that droping that much money in it will get me mid 600's hp wise and its goin in a street/strip 1956 f100. even though im only 17 please dont underestimate me guys.
