EVERY block is different. When I sleeve these, the OD of repair sleeve is 4.440+ and there is still over .100" still in the original wall. So a .125 overbore should not be a problem. I have drag raced them with no problems. A 4.50 stroke crank will probably need some clearance work. Depends on other factors. Such as Type and length of rods. Crank counterweight style.
