45 new cab corners ?

Hey all,
I need some new cab corner repair panels for my 45 ford p/u. I've looked everywhere and cant find them. Please let me know If ya know where any new ones are. From what I found out, they will fit 40-47 p/u's.
Thanks, Lee

Checked last night in Drake and Hemmings, found nothing. I'm surprised, thought someone would make them but maybe not. Wonder how close corners for another truck would be?? If you could get a pattern of yours you could check.
Good luck, Jack

they are pretty much a flat curved surface, just get some sheet metal & make your own, cause thats what I did, fairly easy too, BUT if the lowwer lip is gone then you may want to look in Eastwood's catolog, they make a tool that will crimp that lip into a piece of sheet metal......joe

Hey guys, Thanks for the info . I'll check out both of your suggestions. Another friend at ford-trucks.com is asking the same question. Keeping in touch with him too.
thanks, Lee

Cool

Got bad news and bad news, Nobody I've found in 6 years of searching makes them, finally found one on another cab someone had cut up, they are not too hard to form if you have moderate sheet metal skills (what I did for the other side). Welcome to the ugly step child Ford truck club. The floors and firewalls can be had thru several suppliers, I keep a journal of parts suppliers and trucks for sale around the country so if you need any parts let me know.
