454 in 57 Chevy

Can anyone guide me to information on how to properly install a 454 into a 57 Chevy without cutting the heck out of the firewall?

Set the motor where it needs to be for distributor clearance and then move the radiator to the front side of the rad support. Should be plenty of room with that arrangment.

No help answer

If you have an unlimited budget you could buy a "World" 454 (cast iron block) in a small block for $11,000 from Summit. I think Bill Mitchel makes an aluminum SBC 454 and not move anything, but your life savings.
