454 big block camshaft change

OK so i have 454 in my truck and i want to change the cam to a mild rv cam. but the truth is i just don't know enough about cams to know what to get. i want one that will give the engine good low end power but at the same time good throttle response and a smooth idle not a lumpy barely running idle. so if any one has any suggestions id appreciate it thanks for reading

Someone among us will have answers for you, but an intelligent reply will require further information. Detail the vehicle and its use please.

Remove your camshaft. Flip it over end for end, 360 degress.
Now stick it back in.

The cam you describe, is the cam you already got.
