454 Build HP Estimate

Hey guys, I just rebuilt a 454 and was wondering what I can expect from the build as far as power: 454 + .030, 9.4:1 pistons with my 118cc large oval port (pretty much stock) heads. Comp thumper 279 (107 lobe center grind) Eldelbrock air gap and Holley 750. I have a 200r4 .068 final drive with 3:42 posi and 275.60x15 rears. Any way to know what I'll have tomorrow when I fire it? (after a break in of course)

By adding in a little fudge factor for streetability and unknowns, thru headers and pipes.. 358 hp at 5500 rpm and 370 ft lbs torque at 4600.
