454 Carb problems

Hi everyone. Got a question for anyone that can help. Got stock 454ci. Late model with stock low intake manifold. Has Edelbrock 750cfm carb. It bogs down bad and spits fuel out the top under load. Purchased calibration kit but doesn't say which jets go with which springs or rods to suit my motor. Can anyone help. Be nice to at lest wheel spin once ha. cheers DJ

Are you using a open adapter under the carb?
