454 engine bore

how much can i safely bore a 85 chevy 454 block, and what displacement will it give me

but I do know you can go 60 very easy

With or without cooling problems?
Max would be .120 but you MUST have the block sonic tested.
Bore it .090 to make it a 473ci with a stock crank.
Bore it .090 and stuff a 4.250 stroke crank in it and make a 503ci

Personally I would not go over .060 for any reason on a daily driver and anything over .060 needs the block tested. JMHO
