454 Flywheel
My old malibu had a 454 with 9:1 compression and a comp 268H cam 218/218 @50 with 484 lift with a wide ratio muncie and a 3.73 rear gear and heavy steel flywheel. I estimate the car weighed about 3400lbs with me in it. The car had alot of torque which made full throttle starts in 1st gear pointless. Im doing another malibu exactly the same except the cam is a 264HR 212/218@50 with 510 lift. Would a aluminum flywheel be better or should i stick with the steel. Car is street driven but not daily.
